Artificial intelligence-based decision support system for risk stratification and early detection of heart failure in primary and secondary care

The overarching AIM of this Research and Innovation Action is to develop and clinically validate a truly innovative AI-based Decision Support System (STRATIFYHF) for predicting risk of HF, facilitating its early diagnosis and progression prediction that will radically change how HF is managed in both primary and secondary care. The DSS integrates patient-centred data obtained using existing and novel technologies, a digital patient library and AI-based algorithms and computational modelling.
