Develop and validate a digital patient library, AI-driven algorithms and analytics for risk stratification, early diagnosis and disease progression prediction .
Establish, evaluate and validate a data-driven and computational modeling, AI-based first translational DSS (STRATIFYHF) for risk stratification, early diagnosis and disease progression prediction for heart failure.
Design and test the STRATIFYHF Mobile App for patients.
Ensure the development of STRATIFYHF in compliance with the European regulatory framework for medical devices.
Analyse health economics aspects and the cost-effectiveness of the STRATIFYHF DSS.
Disseminate and exploit the project results and communicate the STRATIFYHF project.
Manage the project and the innovations developed in this project.
