Professor Djordje Jakovljevic presented STRATIFYHF project at the 3rd consortium meeting on of the AI4HF project, in Amsterdam on October 16th 2024. He was thrilled to learn more about the AI4HF project developments. Professor Jakovljevic and Professor Folkert Asselbergs, coordinator of AI4HF, explored synergies between the two sister projects and agreed to work together and create strategies to combine main findings and algorithms in order to improve patient outcomes and heart failure clinical care pathways.
